All tickets will be issued as RFID wristbands and will be shipped to the US mailing address you provide at checkout (please make sure you provide the correct address) a few weeks prior to the event. Your wristband must be registered per the instructions you receive with it and worn at the time of entry and for the duration of your stay at SEPHORiA: House of Beauty.

No. All SEPHORiA: House of Beauty tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Resale or the unauthorized transfer of tickets is not allowed under any circumstance. One person will be admitted per ticket. Sephora may deny access to persons we reasonably suspect to be holding a resold, unauthorized, or counterfeit ticket.
Yes. Food and drinks will be available for purchase throughout the event. There may also be free food and beverage items while supplies last. Alcoholic beverages are only available for purchase and consumption if you are 21 years or older.
Yes. Anyone 21 years or older who wishes to purchase alcoholic beverages will need to show their government-issued ID upon entry to receive a separate wristband. This wristband will give you access to the bars and cocktails offered throughout the event. Those without a wristband will not be served and may not consume alcohol.
VIP ticketholders will have early access to book their seat in the Masterclass Theater beginning August 5 based on availability.
General admission ticketholders will be able to make reservations for the Masterclass Theater through the app beginning August 26 based on availability.

There are public parking lots surrounding The Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall on neighboring streets. Sephora is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave any items of value at home.
For ADA parking, handicap spots can be found in the North Parking Structure (714 W 32nd Street, Los Angeles 90007), the USC Shrine Structure (686 W 32nd Street, Los Angeles 90007), and the surrounding USC parking lots.
The Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall is a completely ADA-compliant venue with access to elevators to get to the second floor. Download the SEPHORiA app via the App Store or Google Play to locate access points on the map page.
Weapons, tobacco, or smoking products (including e-cigarettes), outside food and drinks (including reusable water bottles, any types of bottles, cans, glass, etc.), pets (except for registered service animals), large bags, and strollers are not permitted. Additional items may not be allowed and will be determined at the discretion of SEPHORiA team members. All guests are subject to search at entry points.
We want to give everyone the best event experience, so we reserve the right to ask any event attendee to leave if they represent a danger to themselves or others, are not following event rules, or are behaving in a way that we reasonably believe to be offensive or inappropriate.
No oversize purses or backpacks, such as luggage, duffel bags, or industrial-size backpacks over 14 inches H x 14 inches W x 6 inches D, are allowed inside the venue. We also cannot accommodate strollers for children. Exceptions will be made for approved medical bags or equipment, which will be inspected at the entrance.
Wristbands are nontransferable. Once you place your wristband on your arm, it controls entry for you to your designated session based on your original purchase. Any wristbands that are tampered with are grounds for removal from the event.
The ticket type you purchased impacts accessibility at the event. All ticket purchasers will have access to the main areas of the event. VIP ticketholders will also have access to the VIP lounge, located on the second floor.
Swag bags will be available for pickup as you exit the event. For security purposes, your RFID wristband will be scanned and then removed once you receive your gift bag, and there will be no reentry into the event.
You must register your wristband for access to the event, book masterclasses and Service Vanity appointments, entry into the VIP lounge (VIP ticketholders only), and redeem your complimentary general admission or VIP swag bag. Because your wristband is unique to you, each event guest must register individually.
If your wristband has been tightened too much or is damaged, please call Ticket Purchase Support at 888.718.4253 in advance of the event. Your original RFID chip will be invalidated, and a replacement will be available for pickup at the onsite event-registration will call the weekend of the event.
