SEPHORiA is Sephora’s biggest beauty event of the year—a place to meet your beauty icons, learn about the newest products, enjoy incredible swag, and more. SEPHORiA 2026 is an in-person event and will be held in Los Angeles, California.

All SEPHORiA tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Resale or the unauthorized transfer of tickets is not allowed under any circumstance. One person will be admitted per ticket. Sephora may deny access to persons we reasonably suspect to be holding a resold, unauthorized, or counterfeit ticket. Exchanges and upgrades are not permitted.

Your ticket will be sent to you one week prior to the event as a PDF attachment. The email will come from SEPHORiA’s ticket partner, RegFox.

Your ticket is like cash—if you lose it, we can’t replace it. Treat your digital ticket like your favorite product and put it in a safe place!

We are so excited to bring SEPHORiA to Los Angeles, California! SEPHORiA will be held at Magic Box at The Reef (DTLA) (1933 S. Broadway Blvd).

You cannot purchase a ticket if you are under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, an adult 18 years or older must purchase a ticket for you.

You must be 10 years of age or older to attend SEPHORiA and you must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.

Parking is available as an additional purchase at the event by Magic Box directly, while supplies last. We strongly encourage rideshare use or carpooling. Learn more about Magic Box parking availability here. (magicboxla.com/mbattend)

• Bags, purses, and other personal items are limited by size and must be a clear/see-through bag. Bags and purses larger than 4.5” x 6.5” and/or opaque bags are not allowed. Exceptions will be made for approved medical bags or equipment, subject to inspection.
• Sephora will not be providing a coat check or other storage at the event.
• Strollers are not permitted at the event.
• Animals are not permitted in the event other than licensed service animals. Emotional support animals will require a letter from a licensed medical health professional (“LMHP”). Proof of licensing and/or documentation is required upon entry to the event.
• Weapons, tobacco or smoking products (including e-cigarettes), and outside food and drink are expressly prohibited.
• Additional items may not be allowed inside the event as determined by Sephora in its reasonable discretion.

YES!! SEPHORiA might as well be your favorite day of the year. In addition to the swag bag associated with your ticket, you will have the opportunity to collect samples and swag inside SEPHORiA too.

YES! All tickets include access to the SEPHORiA merch shop stocked with exclusive products and merchandise, fun surprises, and more.

You must be present at your ticketed event session to claim your swag bag and samples.

Yes! Magic Box is an ADA-compliant venue.

No, SEPHORiA tickets are not eligible to earn Sephora Beauty Insider points. For our policy on purchases made at the SEPHORiA merch shop, see signage at the event’s point of sale.
